Ms Tsheboeng Beatrice Selebogo is a Managing Director and a founder of this award winning Legal Practice. She obtained extensive and varied experience doing amongst others, the following:
- Opening of Township and Sectional Title Registers.
- Transfer of Land, Sectional Title Units as well as Low Cost Housing
- Registration of Bonds
- Cancellation of Bonds
- Registration of Servitudes
After completing her articles she joined lawyers for Human Rights as a legal adviser, assisting indigent community members with legal advice and litigation, particularly on human rights issues. She was also responsible for placement of previously disadvantaged law graduates in Commercial Law firms.
She qualified as an attorney in 1993 and joined Attorneys Damant Bostock Inc, where she worked as a professional assistant in the Conveyancing Department. She obtained extensive conveyancing experience prior to qualifying as a Conveyancer.
In her experience in the legal field she also worked with the former City Council of Soweto, advising clients on property acquisitions and disposition. As part of her duties she was responsible for drafting of all transfer documents and attending on signature of documents. After qualifying as a conveyancer in 1995, she commenced practicing in partnership as Pule, Selebogo and Partners. She was the senior partner responsible for conveyancing and related transactions.
She subsequently qualified as a Notary Public in 2000. Based on her extensive experience in conveyancing, she has been appointed by the Law Society as one of the Panelist for Conveyancing Board Examination.
In 2004 Ms Tsheboeng Beatrice Selebogo commenced practicing on her own account in the name and style of Selebogo Incorporated and has been as such to date.
